Aroma & Things products are inspected thoroughly before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Damaged products can be returned within 5 days of purchase and refunded.

-our team will send you a free shipping label to return any damaged product
-once products are received and inspected funds will be applied to original method of payment
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, postal strikes, and natural disasters.
We are not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect delivery information entered at checkout.
